So after ages of searching, I finally invested in a pair of Mom Jeans! It was taking me ages to find a pair that fit nicely but River Island really came through with this one. Perfect for casual dressing or they can be dressed up for a night out with a pair of heeled sandals. They're actually great if you wanna hide a little junk in the trunk as they don't hug your bum like normal jeans would and give a more relaxed look. My top is also from River Island...it was between the yellow or the white one (they have loads of colours). & I know white goes with more things but I plan to wear this to an upcoming summer festival. Yellow always looks great in the summer time :) 

No Scrubs

So today I'm channeling my inner TLC. I see myself more like Chile compared to any other members...lol, what do you think? 

I wanted to show you guys these comfy cool joggers that I've paired with a few basic items to give a urban yet chic look.  

I'm not about to fool anyone and advise wearing this during the day because we all know it's freeeeeezing outside but this look is something I'd wear on a casual night with my girls :) The trick is to only show a little bit of skin whilst still staying warm! And because these joggers are so lightweight they're perfect for if you just wanna 2-step and side shuffle or if you want to get low and impress with that twerk you've been practicing!

Mixed Trends

So today was pretty chilled, being Sunday and all. All my flat mates have disappeared and gone home to revise for their up coming exams. Trust me to be the only one left to still have lectures! :( 

Anyway had to run a couple errands and was pretty indecisive about what to wear. Typical girl then. After a long time of tidying the mess I'd created from going through my wardrobe, I decided to wear my new monochrome skirt that I bought in the ASOS sale. "Hmm now what do I wear with it?" is basically what I'm thinking as I stand there in this amazingly comfy skirt and my bra. So the hurricane of clothes happens again as I throw things onto my floor searching for a top. Here's the finished look...

I chose this top because I feel like recently I've been dressing too bland, and a desperate touch of colour is needed! Plus, I've seen this colour used a lot recently, particularly in the Rhianna for River Island collection and TopShop's recent Aztec and African prints. Take away the Converse & denim shirt and throw in a  pair of heels and this look can take you right through to the night!

Only £200 away from getting a new Camera but until then..

Anyway, aside from my camera dreams today on my course we did some field work (not literally working in a field haha!) on our module theme. And I had to go back to TopShop, where I got that ivy green satchel from, because they'd forgotten to take the security tag off. Which was LONG -.- .
